Burna Boy is wanted by the Nigerian Police Force for questioning over the robbery incident involving Mr. 2kay at Eko Hotel and Suites in October 2017.

Burna Boy's Publicist, Bukky HQ confirmed that he was invited by the police. "Yes he has been invited, but very nicely, there was a letter to that effect, no questioning, no arrested", she said.

The Nigerian Police Force has reportedly declared Burna Boy wanted for questioning over the robbery of Mr. 2Kay at Eko Hotel.

"Four armed robbers carried out the attack and detectives were able to arrest one of their girlfriends who is identified as 'Matejero' which led to the capture of the others.

During interrogation, the robbers confessed that they were hired by Burna Boy through his manager, Joel Kantiock who was arrested in Zaria, Kaduna State.

Nigerian rapper, Babalola Falemi, popularly known as Sauce Kid, is to spend the next two years in an American prison for stealing $15,388.

Law enforcement agents caught up with him as he wanted to board a flight at Boise Airport in Idaho, United States of America.

Falemi was said to have obtained stolen bank card numbers and identified information from their owners. He then encoded the account numbers onto blank plastic cards.

Authorities said that after using an automated system to change account PINs, he was able to withdraw cash from bank ATMs and bought merchandise from stores between July 23 and 26, 2016.

He reportedly pleaded guilty to one of the counts of aggravated identity theft.

In exchange for his guilty plea, prosecutors dismissed the other counts, reports said.

Senior U.S. District Judge, Mr. Edward J. Lodge, also placed him on one year of supervised release after he might have served his prison term.

Addressing the 2014 elevator fight with his sister-in-law Solange, Jay Z confirmed in the “Kill Jay Z” track that she attacked him because he cheated on her sister and refused to acknowledge his fault.

Jay Z, however, expressed remorse for cheating on his wife. In the track Family Feud, he makes reference to Becky, a name Beyonce mentioned in one of her songs, “Sorry”, from the Lemonade album when she said, “better call Becky with the good hair.”

For years, there have been reports that Jay Z’s mother is gay and Jay Z and his mother seem to confirm the reports in the new album.

Among the songs in the album is a track called “Smile.” Jay Z’s mother, Gloria Carter, collaborated with her son on this track and they both seem to be telling the world that Gloria has been a lesbian for years but had to remain in the closet.

Jay Z rapped, “Mama had four kids, but she’s a lesbian. Had to pretend so long that she’s a thespian. Had to hide in the closet, so she medicate…”

Jay Z’s mom who had to raise the rapper and his three siblings on her own, after Jay Z’s dad abandoned them when he was young also recited a poem at the end of the track.

Venus Ramey, who used her victory as Miss America in 1944 to sell war bonds and make appearances on the vaudeville stage, has died at the age of 92, a funeral home in her native Kentucky said on Sunday.

Ramey, at age 82 in 2007, thwarted an attempt to steal equipment at her Kentucky farm by balancing with a walking stick and shooting out the tires of the suspects’ vehicle, local news reports at the time said.

After the incident, she appeared on national TV programs including “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” where she quipped that she liked to start things with a bang.

Ramey left Kentucky for the U.S. capital in the 1940s to help with the war effort during World War Two and represented the District of Columbia when she was crowned Miss America. During her tenure, she worked with members of Congress to help enact women’s rights legislation, the Miss America organization said.

“In addition to a citation from the United States Treasury Department for her work in the War Bond effort, Venus Ramey’s picture was painted on the side of fighter planes,” the organization said on its website.

Ramey died on Saturday, the Morris and Hisplope Funeral Home said.

Drake’s new album has set a record for the best first day on Spotify, edging out Ed Sheeran who held the title for a mere two weeks.

The Toronto hip-hop star on Saturday dropped “More Life,” a 22-song collection that ventures deeper into the dancehall sounds of Jamaica and features appearances by other leading rappers.

A Spotify spokeswoman said that “More Life” was played 61,302,082 times on its first full day Sunday, topping the 56,727,861 streams on March 3 for English songwriter Sheeran’s “Divide.”

Spotify, the world’s largest streaming platform, has some 100 million listeners including on its free tier.
Drake also broke the record for the most overall streams by an artist on a single day, again beating Sheeran.

Tracking service Nielsen Music separately forecast that “More Life” would make the biggest debut so far this year on the Billboard chart of US album sales.

The success of “More Life” comes even though Drake has described it as a “playlist” to hold time between releases of full-fledged albums.

Unlike his album “Views” last year, Drake released “More Life” immediately on all streaming platforms rather than giving an initial exclusive to Apple Music, with which he has a close relationship.

Spotify records have repeatedly been broken as a growing number of listeners turn to streaming, which allows unlimited, on-demand music online.
