When MMM Nigeria resumed operations on January 13, members were full of joy. They thought they would be getting back the money they invested in the scheme immediately.
It is close to a month since the Ponzi scheme came back but members have not been able to get back their money. It has been one story after the other. They said they are working on a new model that is taking a while to be ready.
Many Mavrodians as they called, have been giving suggestions on how to revive the money doubling scheme and have been campaigning for people to donate more money while some others have suggested that the guiders should provide help because they have been enjoying huge benefits.
One Mavrodian by name Ofiemo Clement is sparking up mixed reactions on the group’s Facebook page.
According to him, only those who provide help (PH) of at least N10,000 this year should be able to get help (GH).
He wrote: “Is there any MMM member out there who don't know that it is PH which other people provided that will be used to provide for his or her GH request? Despite the fact that you have PH before now, you still need to provide PH to enable yourself and others to get paid. If every member of MMM can provide at least N10,000 PH now, so much money will be available to pay more than half of what is now hanging in the system.
Think about this: "Does it not make sense to PH at least N10,000 if it will make it possible to recover at least half of your money that is now trapped in the MMM system?". MMM management should ensure that from now on, it is only those people who provide at least N10,000 PH that should be paid. If people now know that it is only those who decided to PH that are being paid, so many people will flood the MMM system with PH in no distant time. So go and do your PH now to save MMM and recover your hanging money before it is too late!”
Some other Mavrodians are not in support of this his suggestion saying they do not have spare money to invest in the scheme again. They said they have not gotten back the one they invested last year and someone is suggesting they put in more money.

While some are lamenting, some other Mavrodians are still testifying.
Recall that an MMM guider recently revealed some baffling things about the money doubling scheme. He said it is obvious the scheme has failed and is surprised that some members have refused to accept this obvious fact.
